The Presiding Officers of the Free State Legislature, led by Speaker Mxolisi Dukwana and Deputy Speaker N.L. Ndungane, convened a media briefing to provide an update on preparations for the Official Opening of the House and the forthcoming State of the Province Address (SOPA).
During the briefing, the Presiding Officers outlined the Legislature’s state of readiness ahead of the address to be delivered by the Premier of the Free State, MaQueen Letsoha-Mathae, as part of the 2026 State of the Province Address programme.
