◾️Dark/Silver City Housing project:
According to reports, delays in the Dark/Silver City housing project are mainly attributed to contractor issues. The construction is stalling due to the performance of the contractors involved in the project. The matter remains unresolved.
◾️Parkway SAPS Construction:
The incomplete construction of the Park Road Police Station in Bloemfontein is significantly hindering service delivery.
